Gust Online Payment Terms & Conditions

When doing an online payment you agree to the following terms & conditions. You full understand the nature of this transaction.
  1. 1. The online payment is an additional facility provided to the student for payment of their tuition fees, to minimize their waiting time at the cashiering.
  2. 2. The system would take at least 20 minutes after the payment has been made, to reflect in the financial statement of your accounts in the SIS.
  3. 3. When an online payment is made, “Advance Registration hold” is the only financial hold that is subject to automatic removal. All other holds if any must be addressed separately by the student with the respective departments placing the hold.
  4. 4. In the event that a payment has been made, and is reflected in the SIS financial statement, but “Advance Registration hold” is not removed due to unknown/known reasons: Student cannot claim for loss of seat in a particular subject or a class.
  5. 5. Making an online payment does not guarantee enrollment into any classes. Enrollment to any class is subject to availability of seats.
  6. 6. In case of a discrepancy of outstanding amount or payment(s) made, between the online system & SIS financial statement; the finance department has the final authority to settle any discrepancy.
  7. 7. You must retain a copy of the transaction made for any future discrepancies to be settled.
